FAQ

Good questions, honest answers.

What counts as a request?

Anything design: an app flow, a landing page, a brand identity, a deck or asset pack. You add them to the board, and they’re worked through one at a time.

How fast is delivery?

Most requests land in 24–48h. Requests are handled one at a time, and bigger jobs get split into steps so you always see progress. Heads up: while a request is in progress you can’t add to or edit it, so it pays to brief it well up front.

What if I don’t like a design?

Revisions are unlimited. The same request is iterated on until it’s right. If you’re not happy overall, pause or cancel anytime.

Can we hop on a call?

Yes. A kickoff call aligns things first, then day to day runs async on your board. That keeps turnaround around 48h and your calendar clear.

Do you build apps too?

The core is product and website design, built in Framer. Plus brand and brand assets like decks, PDFs and presentations. App development can be part of it, and that’s just scoped on the fit call.

What if I don’t have enough work?
